Elderly Driving

Do you agree or disagree with elderly drivers having to reapply for a driver’s license? I agree for many reasons there can be several depressing issues due to their age. When someone begins to get older they start to loose some of their eyesight. I wouldn’t want them to get hurt because they couldn’t see someone coming there way. Driving safe is the most important thing in the community and society. It is very dangerous for children, or pedestrians for no safe driving because they can get injured, or even killed.
If someone's vision is not good they shouldn’t be driving a vehicle until they be checked by a doctor, or get glasses. For example, there might be stop sign but you might have not see it, the pedestrian will immediately think that you will stop. Even though you still drove right passed it. This can cause serious injuries for the pedestrian, and yourself. Vision should be one of the top requirements in order to approve licenses. Elderly drivers should be required to do check ups yearly for there eye sight because older people can change eyesight faster then younger people. I believe that no person should be driving if they are not able to see. We do not need to keep rising up our car accidents more each year.
The ability to hear is another important thing for elderly drivers because they do not just have to be able to see, but to hear their surroundings while driving. For example, maybe one day the lights stop working and there is a traffic police telling you where to go. You would not be able to hear what they have to tell you, and it would become big traffic. While being able to hear traffic would not happen. You would be able to simply hear, and just drive wherever they might tell you to go.
Many accidents happen to elderly drivers for years now. They aren’t able to respond to things quick enough. Many examples on television, and on the roads that they aren’t able to quickly respond. Thousands and millions of elderly people die each year because of bad eyesight and reaction timing. For us to be able to stop preventing injuries or death it should be required for elderly citizens who still choose to drive to reapply for a driver’s license each year. This will stop many accident, and save many more people then how many we loose each year.
There is many people who would like to make sure elderly people are reapply because of how much high rate of death there is. The car accident rates for elderly drivers will drop if we use this methods, as well as the overall accidents in the United States. It is recommended for them to reapply for the bad eyesight, and hearing at there age. The ability to hear, see, and react quickly are the main factors to very safe driving in the United States. Think about it why disagree with this if we can save people lives. Think about others as well you may never know it can be you one day with the injury. So do you disagree or agree for senior citizens to reapply for there drivers licenses?

Semester essay

In order to save money, your principal is thinking about canceling all field trips for the remainder of the year. Write an essay persuading him or her to allow students to continue attending field trips. Use specific reasons and examples to support your response.

　

I, Crissy Uitz, and fellow classmates strongly suggest that you continue allowing students to attend field trips. The reason is because a majority of these outgoings are for educational purposes, such as attending a college tour for seniors. Our school is no ordinary public academy, so we should know how to prioritize our expenses without giving up field trips for an academic objective. If you cancel school excursions, we might NOT attain the full grasp of how much the world offers to each individual.
One way to help our school, City Honors College Preparatory Charter High, is to fundraise. We can have students sell chocolate bars for a dollar in and out of school, like how we all did in elementary- go door to door asking if they will like to help by buying a chocolate bar. We can also sell pizza for two dollars in school to students who do not want to eat county food for lunch. Selling pizza is a grand way to earn profit, proven by earlier transactions. To relieve you of stress I can be of great help to you by taking initiative and establishing these fundraisers myself with the help of my fellow peers.

Another fundraiser we can constitute is to sell ice-cream on hot and good day at school for a dollar. There is nothing more refreshing than having the cold sensation cascading down your throat. And we can also sell fountain drinks and juice for a dollar for those who decide that they want a liquid drink. There are several ways to fundraise to earn extra money for school and not have to omit school fiend trips.

A second way to acquire finance is to have donation from parents, family members, and community. Having the help from the community will be such an honorable salute to us. Anything our fellow citizens of our community can donate, even if it is a penny, it will be helpful to City Honors College Preparatory Charter High. It will benefit the community the most because they know that the children are their future so they will want the best for us in this world. Our parent donations will be cherished throughout City Honors College Preparatory Charter High career. Their donations will demonstrate that they will do anything for their children to succeed in their academic career. They will not want field trips to be canceled because then it will give their child or children a less advantage of a broader intelligence in life. And that is a parents’ worst nightmare.

Would you want your students to lack any educational material, Mrs. Brown, the principal? I think not, so I give myself as a tool to help raise money for school without loosing the privilege of school outings for educational purposes. If our school agrees together and establishes an agreement, we can raise a great abundance of coinage, or money, for our school-City Honors College Preparatory Charter High. Choose the best thing for your students Mrs. Brown.

Pollution Explained

One day I was running around for exercise on a giant green field. It was the early morning and I was the only one on the field. I was listening to my ipod when all of a sudden I heard a loud BOOM! I thought it was my ipod at first but when I realized it wasn't I turned around. I stared at the vast emptiness for about two minutes but not one single blade of grass moved. I quickly turned around and let out a scream. Right in front of me was a little purple alien with three hands and one eye. I thought he was going to kill me so I closed my eyes. "H-H-Hi". Those words didn't come out of my mouth, I thought to myself. I opened my eyes and the alien was smiling. Then he said "What is pollution?" I thought to myself, "what a random question to ask." The alien did not seem dangerous so I decided to answer. I explained to him as simply as possible how pollution was when earth's water, air, or land became dirty. I told him how pollution affected the earth and the people who live on earth. I also told him how pollution is unfortunately caused by humans. The poor little alien was shocked. He understood that pollution was a horrible thing that destroyed nature. Pollution was harmful. I tried to explain it to him as clearly and simply as possible. Then the little alien said thank you and just disappeared. I stood there perplexed when a few seconds later I heard another giant BOOM! I never saw that little purple alien again. How weird!

story without computers

Modern life would be a completely different story without computers. Nowadays, people and companies are so dependent on the computer for everything. If we didn't have computers things would be a lot harder for us and take a lot more effort and time. Imagine having to write a ten page paper on any school subject. With computers we do all of our research online at any given moment. However, if computers failed to exist we would have to read through countless amount of books to find what we are looking for. Modern life would also be different without computers because there would be one less device of communication. We use computers to send e-mails and keep in touch with friends and families. If we didn't have computers then e-mails and online chatting rooms and networks would not exist. We would have to stick to sending letters through the mail all the time.
Computers allow us to write papers and correct grammar all at once. We can make charts on the computer and tables. Without computers modern life wouldn't have all these benefits. We wouldn't be able to type a paper for a class except on a typewriter. Our papers would come out with a lot more mistakes because there would be no spelling check. Last but certainly not least modern life would be a lot heavier. What I mean by this is that we carry computers around because some of them are portable. if we didn't have computers we might have to constantly carry around books and imagine carrying a typewriter!

What Makes Me Special

Everybody has things that make them special people and I am no exception. I am special because I constantly try to give my best in anything I do. When I am in school I try to get the best grades and turn in the best work, when I am playing in a soccer game I try to give my best effort for the entire ninety minutes as well as in any other task or challenge I choose to take on. I have also noticed that I like helping people. I am always helping my parents with the house, my brother with his homework, my sister-in-law with her baby, my friends with their homework or any subject they need help on, the church members with some activities, and my list could just keep going. I don't find it to be a burden, in fact I don't mind doing it at all. I am here to help in any way whether you need me to listen or some advice.
Most of the people I talk too can say I constantly mention my little brother and my niece and I have come to the conclusion that I have a motherly instinct, which in my opinion is a unique quality to have at the age of seventeen. When I am around children something inside me tells me what to do to stop them from crying or get a smile out of them. It is a quality I enjoy having and I know will be very useful in the future. I am also special because I know how to put smiles on peoples faces when they are down. Many of my closest friends have told me that I made them feel better when they were having a rough day. Maybe it helps that I always have a smile on my face. When things are not going great for me I always try to be positive and keep that smile on my face. I don't really open up and tell people what I feel, and although that may not be a good decision at times it is a quality that makes me who I am. I am strong and extremely responsible. There are many things that make me special but to sum it up as simply as possible, I am special because I am a sweet girl with a truly genuine heart, and that's hard to find these days.

Pride

People should have pride in one's work because it shows your intellectual perspective of the work. If you are creating something that you took time on you should have pride on it. Show it off to the world so they can see it and admire it. I have known many people who have done something and they are afraid to claim that they did it. In my opinion, people should not do that because they are the ones that did it and they should take credit for it. That happens to me sometimes because I feel embarrassed about what people might think about my work because I feel like they will not understand my feelings. However, I shouldn't do that because I should not let others stop me from illuminating. Every individual should be proud of their work. Those who do have pride in their work are now exhibiting they talents in museums, galleries, and you can even find them in libraries. They can help shape a person in life, giving them motivation to continue their work and achieving their goals. It is important to have pride in one's work!

Diversity

There are three definitions for the word diversity. The first one is the state or fact of being diverse; difference; unlikeness. The second one is variety or mutiformity. The last and third one is a point of difference. To get an even better perspective on the word diversity  I decided to also look up its root word, diverse. Diverse means of a different kind, form, character, etc. and it also means of various kinds or forms. Based on these definitions I can conclude that diversity means a variety or wide range of one thing. One example of this would be race. When I hear the word diversity the first thing that comes to my mind is color or race. It also brings people together from every part of the world. One thinks of Hispanics or Latinos, African Americans, Caucasians, Asians, etc. However diversity is not only limited to race or color. Diversity can also be used to describe music. There is a wide range or variety of music and music classifications that would make diversity appropriate for describing music. There is rock music, classical music, pop music, rap music, techno music and much more. You could also use diversity to describe a specific section of issues.  Diversity is all around us. One just has to open their eyes and see it. Without diversity  I believe this world will be full of hatred because we all need one another to bring this world together not apart. That is my definition of diversity in my own perspective.

Cooperation

Cooperation is an act of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit. What cooperation means to me is when you are placed in a group to do an assignment or when you might need the help of someone in the group or person will be there to help you. In group assignments it is everyone responsibility to do a certain part of the assignment, this way the assignment will be finished in time and everyone will receive a grade because they put effort in the assignment. If certain people from the group did not want to do their part of the assignment then the assignment would be delayed, it will take more time to complete the assignment, and more work will be put on the other group members because they will now have to complete extra work. This is why we all have to work together to insure everyone is doing everything they are supposed to. Now the group will no longer receive an appropriate grade because not everyone cooperated in fulfilling their tasks. This like in many cases cooperation plays a major role in the assignment. People are giving certain tasks and are expected to complete them, but if they do not complete them they have now put more work upon the other group members and may have jeopardized their assignment. This is why cooperation is important to me. If you have the cooperation of someone you will have more help and be able to fulfill a task faster and more efficient. 

Conveniences

Conveniences, such as having a child or joining a sport, can change a person's life drastically. People who want to have children or in general have to give up lots of things, like go out and just spend on themselves, to support the life they brought into the world. Not everything about providing for a child is bad, it is just hard work. However, when the parents see their child's smile or hear their laughter, it fills their heart up with love and the will power to do anything for them. This convenience is a gift from God and no one can replace the love one has for their child or children.
Teens, children, or adults who love the sport soccer and are playing it have to be very committed and ready for the hard work.

Change Of Communication

Communication has changed drastically. Since the beginning in time from sent message by sailing all over the Earth, to Morse Code, the invention of the radio, television, and the telephone. We also had beepers. Communication is big part of our society. There is always important information that needs to be sent or heard. Up to this day the radio, television, telephone and the postal office is still a big part of our communication tools. Recently, a couple of other types of media have been very important to us and also a very addicting to us. I am talking about MySpace, Face book, Twitter, emails, cell phones, and yes TEXTING! These medias have made communication so much easier with just the touch of a button. Texting has created their own type of language like “wtf” or “lol”. Also conversations have become less personal, not many people talk on the phone or having meetings in person. Someone can have a meeting through web cam (computer and now on iPhones/iTouch). You can be in France and you can easily talk to someone from a different country. Communication has always been important but with new inventions or technology change, communication has never been so important.

Techniques and Methods for Teachers

Techniques or a method that can help teachers do their jobs effectively comes with passion. First of all make sure you want to be teacher. Many teachers show that they don’t want to be in that career. Why become a teacher if you hate the work that comes with it? Very few teachers show that they care and are willing to teach students effectively. You are successful if you wake up in the morning and you love what you do that your job does not feel like work. Teachers should always be willing to listen to student on what they have to say. Some teachers these days are very rude. They ignore what you have to say and don’t let you have a say. The most important technique or “method” is to make the lesson or class as fun as possible. Who wants to learn in dull environment, learning should be something fun. Who doesn’t want to know more the person next to you? There are several different and effective ways of teaching. It isn’t wrong trying something new.  But by making the class fun doesn’t mean you can’t be strict at the same time either. When it is time to handle business then it is time to handle it.

achieves fame and fortune

A person achieves fame and fortune through dedication. Dedication comes with passion. The willingness to do whatever it takes to get there, rising from the horrible times, and the will to continue thriving during the best times. Someone who wants to achieve something in life and become the very best at it needs to work very hard at it. The road to fame and fortune comes with sacrifice. It may be the lost of friends or less social time, time for other things, maybe even money. The road to fame and fortune does not come easy or fast. Once you get have the fame and fortune your life changes completely. It comes with lot responsibilities. Fame and fortune has its pros and cons. You are always being watched so you need watch what you do, you have a loss of privacy, basically you can’t do anything wrong. People will always see you differently. Maybe you were bullied in high school or didn’t have much friends but money changes everything. People will be friends just because you are famous; basically respect comes with fame and fortune. Last but not least money wouldn’t be an issue. With money you have power. Money talks, and whatever you thought was impossible before you had money, just having so much of it makes things so much easier for you.

major environmental problem

A major environmental problem is trash. The accumulation of trash just only gets bigger. People spend money on items that they don’t really need. They get too much of something or it is something they don’t really need. It gets to a point where sooner or later it becomes trash. All the accumulating trash either ends up in the streets, in our oceans, or when they get to the dump it ends up being burned which the smoke ends up accepting our ozone layer. A solution to this problem is recycling. It is better than creating more trash. If you have clothing that doesn’t fit you, you don’t need any more, or it is too old give it away to the Good Will. There is always someone in need of something that you can provide. Recycling items you don’t need more will easily create less trash. Better yet don’t spend your money on items you don’t need. You would just create more trash!

Public Health Concern

A serious public health concern is obesity. Obesity is very common in America. This is a major concern since obesity can lead to various diseases. We are the leading country in obesity due to the lack of diet and over eating the normal serving size. I strongly believe in the saying you are what you eat. If junk and unhealthy food is what you eat well it is going to show on your body sooner or later the unnecessary fat, devastating disease and so forth. On the other hand if you eat a normal serving, eat healthy and stay active then you can prevent obesity and disease. To prevent this epidemic, it is strongly recommended to start with a healthy diet. Diet alone can help you lose a lot of weight. Most people think that eating an unhealthy diet is fine plus you can still lose weight as long as you still stay active by exercising. This is absolutely wrong! Study show that when it comes to weight loss, it is ninety percent diet and ten percent exercise.

Smoking

Teenagers tend to start smoking because of peer pressure. They want to fit in with the cool crowd. However, they should not be looking at the negative things one does but the good things. If teenagers keep mocking bad habits they won't be expressing themselves. They will just be lost in the crowd. Some teens start to smoke to get the attention from their loved ones. They seek attention because their parents do not give them any so they think that if they do bad things that they will receive their love. Even though these are the wrong approaches for a teen, it happens everyday in this world and it is devastating.
If teens do not put an end to their smoking they will be with lung cancer or bronchitis faster and earlier in their life. Their life might be crumbled because of that one cigarette that started the teens addiction. I hope teenagers think before they act soon.

A required subject

Math is a required subject because if you do not know mathematics you should not be trusted with money. It's because you will probably give the wrong amount to the cashier or anyone and it can result to lose of money since you gave more than needed. Math is all around us. We use it everyday, everything we use was made wit math. This world is based on math with money, which we need math to estimate the amount owed or received. If you spend or receive money, you are using math to know how much to give and get. This subject is very important because it is a big aspect of life. It teaches you responsibility with money, how to measure things, and how to count. Everyone needs to know basic math because they are the methods used daily.

Personal Statement

I was brave when I had to stand up for my mom. This teenage girl started talking bad at my mom and she was my age. My mom can not do anything to a little girl. She is older. So what I did was tell her to be respectful because she is an adult and my mother, first of all. Even though I never actually did that to anyone, I felt like it was the right thing to do. Due to the fact that the teen girl needed to know where her boundaries are and to be respectful.
My mother did nothing to her. The teen thought that she was talking about her just because my mom was speaking spanish to me. I was just frustrated of waiting in line, but the girl thought something else. After, I told her to be respectful I guess she took it offensively and started calling my names. I just told her to be respectful, since that is all I am asking for. She just looked at me and walked away.
At the end of all this, I was thinking to myself how dumb she felt. At least I stood up for what was right. I know it might not be good to begin problems. But, many things out there are uncalled for just like the matter of this situation.

Memoir

One gloomy day I was shopping at the mall with my mom and sisters. We needed to buy a dress for each of us for my cousin’s quinceanera that weekend. We went store to store searching for the dresses that we liked best. Unfortunately, the first two stores, Forever 21 and JC Penny, did not really acquire the type of dresses that we were looking for.

Once we walked out of JC Penny, I saw the most unbelievable image, in my opinion. A teenage girl, about sixteen, was wearing a small, tight fitted, spaghetti strap shirt that showed her naval. I will never wear such provocative clothing in public like that. Plus, she had on short shorts. Her make up looked kind of sluttish, which made her look even worse. I was thinking to myself, that she is the type of girl who goes sleep around. Sometimes self-image says a lot about the person because of the outer perspective they portray. 162.

I was not the only one starring at this teen. There were other shoppers looking at her and probably wondering why she is dressing so revealing at that young age. However, we will not know the answer because we do not know her.

I had went to watch my older sister soccer game the day after my cousin’s quinceanera at ten in the morning. As I was walking into the field I saw a girl very, but I couldn’t recognize her. The game started. I was going up the field to sit down. When the girl had hit me with the ball. She apologized to me because she accidentally lost control of the ball and that is when I realized who she was. She was the girl I saw at the mall wearing the provocative clothing! I was so amazed. My perception of her was way off.

This is when I learned to not judge a person by appearance but by personality. Just because she wore that type of clothing did not mean that she was sleeping around. She actually was a soccer player, meaning that she trains during the week.

Unlikely Allies

According to Dictionary.com and Ally is a person that is associated with another or others for some common cause or purpose. In my opinion there are two main reasons two people of different interests and backgrounds can become unlikely allies. The first reason is that these two people might need something of one another. In a way they might be using each other to gain something. Let’s say you have a very involved Muslim school girl that always follows the rules and who happens to be in charge of a school fundraising festival. She is in desperate need of a band to perform at the fundraiser but can not waist any money on it. On the other hand you have a punk rock Hispanic boy who is part of a band and needs to get some exposure for his band. However, the Muslim girl does not like the type of music the Hispanic boy plays, but she is desperate need of a band and the boy feels he can not work with the girl but needs to build a fan base. She decides to hire him because she needs him and he decides to keep quiet and play because he needs her. They end up spending time with one another and find out the other person is not so bad. In this scenario both sides needed something of the other and ended up becoming allies. The second reason two unlikely people might become allies is because of curiosity. They might be interested about the other person’s background and decide to untie for the sole purpose of broadening their knowledge about other cultures.

Prompt #25

A group of people go right to college after graduating high school, but others prefer to wait a year or more to experience other things before going to college. In my opinion, I prefer to go straight to a college or university because I will still be used to going to school, I will start my career quicker, I will not loose knowledge but gain it, and I will not become lazy to go back to school after taking time off from it.

I have been in school for thirteen years and I am very used to school. If I quit school for a period of time after high school, I think I will feel incapable of doing the work and learning again. For example, knowing that I am older than the average age of undergraduates, might make me feel moronic for giving up a year in school. That will not be a good feeling to acquire because it will lead to self-pettiness and I would not desire that. For someone to experience those thoughts might influence them to drop out of college, which will not allow them to achieve a higher education and their goals.

Going to college directly after high school will jump start my career. I will not waste any time because it means that I will get my degrees at an early age and earn a high paying occupancy sooner. It will also give me the privilege to buy anything I want and need. If you wait a year or even a day, you will be held back from achieving your dreams and aspirations. I know I will not like for that to happen to me. I hope you don’t either. Life isn’t simple, but you just have to make the best out of it. If you really want something, you will set your mind to the right path. I know sometimes life has its downfalls, but do not let it ruin your plans forever. There are always other ways to achieve and accomplish your dreams. You just have to look for those other ways.

I might loose knowledge for not going to college immediately after high school because I will not be worried about school. I will be concerned about work and bills . If I were to go back to school after all that stress, I might have to re-teach myself basic things, such as history or how to write a great essay. It would be a shame if I had to start from scratch again. Most people will not go back to school because of the loss of knowledge.

Some people you quit school for some time will get lazy to go back because they have already experienced life, such as work, rent, bills, and other expenses. These things can be irritating and the person will tend to forget about school because of it. Since they will be working, they might be tight with money, which will definitely make them not go to college because there will not be enough money to pay for it.

I believe the best choice will be to go to college right after high school because you will start your career faster and you will not waste time with other things. choose wisely about your future after highs school. You don’t want to regret it.

Prompt # 37

What are amendments you may ask? Amendments are rights we have as people, and protect them. The amendment I honor more is the first amendment. It is said, “Freedom of Speech, Religion, Press, Petition, and Assembly.” We should never forget what is rightfully ours.
The first amendment provides us the freedom to speak. We students usually fuse about schools not letting us express ourselves. Do you feel schools have a right to limit a student’s freedom? No, they don’t because we should be able to wear whatever we want, as long as it isn’t hurting anyone. We should speak up to schools if anyone has a problem with wearing uniforms, or any other limits given to us.
Are you free to express yourself in writing at school? In school we have to write a paper how the teacher wants the format. Where is our expression in any of it. Student’s now have to take notes in a specific way. But its also a yes to a certain extent. Schools have been becoming stricter from how students do things. They want us to wear uniform, but that shouldn’t matter because its not how we come dress to school its how much knowledge we bring. They shouldn’t make big deals out of it, because schools shouldn’t be about what we wear. It’s what we bring out to the table.
Schools from every country should let kids express themselves. “Why not, let us?” People want other people who can have creative and beautiful minds. By limiting the extent for students’ to express can be a bad thing. You can close their minds people don’t always want someone who has much knowledge, but the creativity they bring with it too.
People don’t forget the rights you have because many of us nowadays don’t know much of our rights, and let officers do anything they please. REMEMBER, your rights because the people who fought for them long time ago was never for nothing!

Prompt #5

#5 Allowances

There are parents who give their child weekly or monthly allowances to teach them money responsibility. But however there child has to earn it not just be given to them for no reason. They will not learn to be money-wise or know how hard work pays off, if everything is being given to them in serving dish. Parents should give their children allowances as a reward for completing chores or behaving well.

Teaching children life lessons is an everyday thing. Parents are the main coach for their children. Teaching them responsibility with money should be thought out carefully because you as the parent will not know where the money will go towards. If allowance is given to them with no background knowledge as of what they did to earn it, they will just expect to be given the money rather than working for it. They need to know that everything in life is not free and they will have to work to get the needs and wants they want in life.

My parents do not just give me money unless they decide to, which is rarely. I do not expect an allowance, but I know they give it to me because of how hard I work with school, and house chores. If they don’t want to give me an allowance I won’t go ask for it. I will be fine with it because I know how many hours they have to work in order to pay bills and rent. And it is the same if they do give me money. My parents taught me in an early age of how money is an important aspect in life. Money pays for clothes, food, bills, rent, shoes, etc. It keeps you alive in till our destiny time. Parents should explain that life isn’t simple to their child because when they are on their own, they will see it is difficult.

Parents might make a mistake teaching their child money responsibility with becoming brats in the future, if they do not teach them properly. Wouldn’t parents dislike themselves if that were to happen? I know I would. Any adult have to be very careful with how they give out money to children. In the long-run it may be bad, but it can also turn out good.

Children doing chores or behaving well deserve the right to a weekly or monthly allowance from their wonderful parents. But in the end what you believe is yours whether to decide.

Ideal Vacation

An ideal vacation for me is a trip in my opinion to the most beautiful city in the world, Europe. I have never been to Europe but I do know that the city is filled with natural beauty and art. Just as simple as taking a walk around the city, absorbing its beauty and being able to explore a new environment would be something special. I would also like to share the experience with someone close to me. Experiencing something so different and being out of your normal comfort zone alone doesn’t make it as fun or enjoyable as if you were with a close friend or family member. In Europe they have the most special places of the old times. I find it a very interesting place to actually see things we learn in our books. Maybe one day I will get to experience my ideal vacation.

Obesity

The result from obesity is a tragedy, but they choose to fatten themselves everyday with fast food. The most popular fast food restaurants in my city are McDonald's, Del Taco, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr., Jack in the Box, Rallys, and Wendy's. All these restaurants have commercial advertisements daily. Not only does this make a person crave their food, but it also makes them go purchase the food displayed in the commercial. If eaten constantly, later in life it can lead to obesity or diabetes. Maybe even worse.
I could honestly feel to blame the media for the cause of obesity because it captures people on buying there product. Corporate people just want money. These companies, in my opinion, do not think about the health and harm that their products can do to their customers. Once again, this world is all about MONEY! And this world should not be revolved just around money. There is more to this world than that. Children in the Unites States are in great risk because the rate of obesity is rising.

Two People From Different Interest

Two different people of different backgrounds could become allies because they can just talk about things that they are neutral with. Everyone doesn't have to have something in common to start a descent conversation. Because I don't. I talk to someone without knowing their interest or background. Our conversations go well! It is easy to conversate with others no matter where they come from. When meeting new people, you do not look for specific interests and traits; you just automatically speak. Everyone is different. Maybe if the two people become friends, they will end up having things in common further down their relationship.
Personally, I meet new people everyday. I am very social so it can be easier for me then others understandable. But, its not to difficult either just say 'hello.' We might not always agree or have the same interests and perspectives, but that does not keep me from having conversations with them and becoming friends.
This world we live in today there are many cultures and diversities. Millions and millions we all won't have everything in common, but each friend you make or conversate with you. You will bulid at least one thing in common no matter how small. It is very possible for two people form different backgrounds and interest to become friends.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is beautiful. Hearing birds singing, the wind blowing across your path, and breathing in the fresh air that nature gives us. Humans can be brain washed from the city. Because they're isn't much nature well nature is around us, but th factories they ave there pollute them to actually see the real beauty.Watching colorful, and unique butterflies flying around you is something unforgettable.
I give my opinion that people living in the city take vacations out of the premises and spend time with nature. It can also lessen your stress because you get lost with the beauty of mother nature and tend to forget about other things. Sometimes people tend to forget how fabulous being outdoor is because they have either been stuck to facebook, twitter, or television. That is not a healthy lifestyle. It can mentally make you apart of another world that doesn't exist.
Visiting the outdoors is fun, exciting, and adventurous. There is no limit to how many times you can stay outdoors under the shining sun and blue sky. You can learn several techniques by staying outdoors that you will not use in the city. It can teach you to surf, swim, skate, and so much more.
